Refund policy

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of original artwork, all artwork purchased from Kelli-Ann Castell Art LLC is nonrefundable and nonreturnable. This policy applies to all original works, limited editions, framed pieces, and unframed pieces.

Each artwork is carefully inspected, documented, and packaged prior to shipment to ensure it meets quality standards and is accurately represented at the time of sale.

Damage During Shipping

If an artwork arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please notify Kelli-Ann Castell Art LLC within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damage and packaging. While refunds or returns are not offered, reasonable assistance may be provided to help resolve shipping-related claims with the carrier when applicable.

Please note that colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting, or display conditions. These variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds or returns.
