Shipping fees are nonrefundable or negotiable.

Thank you for supporting original artwork by Kelli-Ann Castell Art LLC. Each piece is handled with care to ensure it arrives safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Time

All artwork is carefully packaged and shipped within 5–8 business days for domestic. International shipping times may vary due to customs and shipping regulation, of purchase, unless otherwise stated. Custom or commissioned pieces may require additional processing time, which will be communicated prior to shipment.

Shipping Methods

Artwork is shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. The shipping method and carrier are selected based on the size, destination, and value of the artwork. Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped.

Packaging

All artwork is securely packaged using protective materials to minimize the risk of damage during transit. Framed pieces receive additional reinforcement and padding. Unframed works are protected with archival-quality materials whenever possible.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on size, weight, destination, and packaging requirements. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Domestic & International Shipping

Kelli-Ann Castell Art LLC currently ships to 32 countries. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or delays caused by customs processing.

Delivery Issues

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the shipping carrier. In the event of loss or damage during transit, buyers are encouraged to contact the carrier directly using the provided tracking information. Assistance may be provided upon request.
